Missed call text-back systems

CRM and reporting tools

Appointment booking solutions

Optional add-on services such as AI receptionists, paid advertising management, and integrations

Services may change or be updated at our discretion.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services. By using our services, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

All activity that occurs under your account

Ensuring authorized users comply with these Terms

We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Communication Consent

By providing your contact information, you consent to receive SMS text communications for appointment confirmations, service updates, and occasional promotional from Quik Lead Systems, including:

Phone calls

Emails

SMS and text messages

Automated notifications

Message frequency may vary.
Message and data rates may apply.

Carriers are not responsible for messages.

You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

Violate any local, state, federal, or international law

Send spam, unsolicited, or deceptive messages

Transmit unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content

Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

Violate carrier policies or A2P messaging regulations

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.

6. Compliance With Messaging Laws (A2P / TCPA)

You acknowledge and agree that:

You are responsible for obtaining proper opt-in consent from your contacts

All SMS, MMS, and email communications must comply with TCPA, CTIA, and carrier rules

You will provide opt-out instructions (STOP/HELP) in messaging campaigns

Quik Lead Systems is not liable for misuse of messaging tools by clients.

7. Fees & Payments

Fees for services will be agreed upon prior to activation.

Setup fees and monthly service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

Failure to pay may result in service suspension or termination

Prices are subject to change with notice

You authorize us to charge your payment method for agreed services.

8. No Guarantees or Earnings Claims

While our systems are designed to improve lead capture and follow-up, we do not guarantee:

Specific revenue results

Number of leads

Conversion rates

Business growth outcomes

Results depend on multiple factors outside our control, including your market, sales process, responsiveness, and offer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, software, systems, designs, and materials provided by Quik Lead Systems are our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, resell, or redistribute our materials

Reverse engineer or misuse our systems

Limited licenses are granted for business use only.

10. Third-Party Services

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., SMS carriers, email providers, hosting services).

We are not responsible for:

Third-party service outages

Policy changes

Data practices of third-party providers

Use of third-party services is subject to their terms.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

Suspend or terminate services at our discretion

Terminate for non-payment, misuse, or policy violations

You may cancel services according to your service agreement or billing cycle.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quik Lead Systems shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

Service interruptions or system downtime

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the preceding 30 days.
